Payment in the form of credit/debit card is accepted. We understand that not everyone has bank cards or PayPal therefore we will also accept cash, checks, and money orders. However, we don’t feel mailing cash is a good idea. If you choose one of these non online payment options YOU MUST CONTACT US AT firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR TO REGISTRATION to arrange your payment. Payments not received, for the chosen registration amount, within 10 days will result in a deleted transaction.
All prices are based on double occupancy. You may register for as many guests as you’d like. If you have a roommate who will be paying their own registration, please e-mail us at email@example.com with their name. The option to add 3rd & 4th guests to a stateroom could be available. You are welcome to have a cabin to yourself at the double occupancy rate minus the 2nd person taxes and fees. Please contact us for more information on these rates. If you would like to be paired up with a roommate you will receive a questionnaire and we’ll match you up with someone awesome!

This sailing will make stops in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puero Vallarta and will have 3 amazingly fun days at sea. The cruise line offers a variety of fun shore excursions at each port. Once you’re registered you’ll receive more information on optional excursions. The ship sets sail at 4:00pm on 8/17/19 and returns in port on 8/24/19 at 9:00am. We suggest arriving in port no later than 1:00pm on the day of sailing.
$150 deposit due at registration. Once we receive your deposit you will be sent a payment processing form to process your remaining payments. Sailing must be paid in full by June 1, 2019. Your deposit is non-refundable, however, remaining payments will follow Carnival’s cancellation schedule. To participate in special programming being offered on this sailing, all reservations must be made through craftydestinations.com. Airfare is not available through Crafty Destinations. Ground transfers between airports and the cruise terminal are available for purchase from the cruise line. Every guest is responsible for their own transportation to and from the Long Beach cruise port. Carpooling is encouraged.

Q. Can husbands attend Cruisin’ With The Reset Girl?
A. Absolutely they can! If they’re not interested in attending the workshops the cruise offers around the clock food and entertainment. While you are in workshops your husband will be able to swim, listen to music, read a book on the deck, sun bathe, go to the casino or spa, enjoy the buffet, and the list goes on and on. There will be a LNCC Dance Party on our last night of sailing and we will lock the husbands out for this event as we want all of our ladies to feel comfortable. During our Mexico in-port days you will have the freedom to stay on board and enjoy some time together or book an on-shore excursion through the cruise line. When you register just select the “2” ticket option. This will make your deposit $300.
Q. What is a Faithful Life Session?
A. Cori will deliver a message to inspire your relationship with God, plus share a crafting project to help you create a tool for your walk. This cruise features a mini workshop for both sessions:
The ‘Faithful Monuments’ project is a simple and lovely way to document your walk right in your everyday Bible. If you love Bible journaling or have been too intimated to start, you will LOVE this project!
The second project* is TBD for now but we will make sure to give all the details to cruisers at least 2 months before our sail date so you can gather your supplies needed for BOTH sessions.
*You may or may not get a link to a simple video that will help you prep this project before the cruise so you can focus on just decorating during our session.
Q. Can my dietary needs be accommodated while cruisin’?
A. Absolutely they can! Please click this dietary link to read about Carnival’s special meal accommodations. Crafty Destinations will submit those requests on your behalf. After you register, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your special dietary needs and our team will add it to your file.
Q. Can we bring kids cruisin’?
A. If you have a teenager or even a pre-teen that enjoys being creative, we feel it would be lovely to share this experience with them. Our content will be appropriate, but our sessions could be lengthy. Younger children could be a distraction to our speaker and other crafty cruisers. Carnival offers all day programming for kids of all ages as well. Read all about that HERE.
Q. Will our group be the only one on the ship?
A. For this sailing we will be sharing the ship with other vacationers. The workshops will take place in designated spaces on board the ship reserved only for our group. Our cruisers will have to wear a special identifier, such as a provided name badge, to participate in the Cruisin’ With The Reset Girl events. We have people on our team who will be there strictly to ensure there are no squatters and it will be mandatory that you wear the identifier we provide at the time of sailing. This is why it is very important that registration for this event goes through our website and not the cruise line.
Q. What is the payment process?
A. Your initial deposit is $150. Your remaining payment rates will depend on your chosen stateroom category. After the initial deposit you can pay in full or we will reach out to you to define your payment plan. We strive to make this process flexible and easy for you. Don’t forget, deposits are non-refundable and remaining payments will follow the Carnival refund guidelines for this sailing which are:

June 4, 2019 $250 per person
June 24, 2019 50% of full fare per person
July 20, 2019 75% of full fare per person
August 4, 2019 100% of full fare per person
Q. Does this sailing include gratuities or travel insurance.
A. We are not including gratuities with this sailing as this would raise the payment rates and the time frame in which they would need to be paid. This gives you more time to save up for those and you choose the gratuities you pay on board. Suggested gratuities for this 7-day sailing are $13.99 per person per day. Travel insurance is available for this sailing and you will be given the option to participate in this program starting at $69 per person.
Q. How many spots are available on the cruise?
A. We are allowing for 70 guests in our group on this sailing. From the experience we had on our 2018 sailing we know there will be husbands traveling as well. We are assuming this will give us space for 50 crafters.
Q. How do I register with a friend using one payment method?
A. Our system will allow you to register multiple people at one time. Your deposit amount will be $150 per person. Once payment is processed you will receive an e-mail requesting additional guest information.

Payment Plan Disclaimer: We, here at Crafty Destinations, are crafty girls on a budget like many of you. ALL OTHER events we’ve seen require you to make full registration payments up front. We want to be flexible in all of our events to allow you to reserve your spot without breaking the bank. By doing this, we have to implement a very strict “No Refund” policy on the deposit. Once spots are reserved, plans are made, t-shirts are ordered and kits are prepared. We are one of the rare event planning companies that will allow you to transfer your registration to someone else. If you’ve paid for your spot, they can pay you the fees and we will put their name on your registration. Lots of work for our team but easy peasy for you! But please understand, we cannot offer refunds on the deposit. By registering you are automatically acknowledging this policy.
